This is the startling truth that have once been brought to our attention, morning of November 23 this year in the town of Ampatuan in Maguindanao . A massacre, an inhumane deed that had taken 57 lives (as confirmed by Chief Superintendent Josefino Catalunaas confirmed by Chief Superintendent Josefino Cataluna, November 25).
Among the 57 victims are 12 confirmed journalists. This is a carnage like no other in media history. The Maguindanao massacre is a sacrilege to the life of an individual.
This is only proof, that people are getting worse. Greed has taken toll on lives of innocent people.
The government of this country could not give back lost lives. It may be too late, but justice can lighten loads of emotions to those whose losses were great.
